Ms. Emily Coven, Executive Director of Circular Action Alliance (CAA) in California and Board Member Buckingham, Chief of Staff of CAA, provided an overview of CAA’s draft Producer Responsibility Plan, which was submitted to CalRecycle on June 15, 2026. Public comments on the Plan are due August 14, 2026. A revised Plan is due to CalRecycle by October 13, 2026, and CalRecycle has until December 28, 2026, to act on the Plan.
